These terms cover the current Polyfund website, educational resources, calculator, and product previews. Live trading and user accounts will require separate updated terms before launch.
What the site shows
The site explains prediction markets and previews a developing copy-trading terminal. Screens, rankings, performance figures, and examples may use simulated data. They are not evidence of live results or a promise to release a feature in the form shown.
No personalized advice
Articles, guides, tools, and demos provide general information only. They do not recommend a particular trader, contract, or position and are not individualized financial, legal, or tax advice. Your decisions and compliance with applicable rules remain your responsibility. Read our Risk Disclosure.
Funds and third-party services
The current site does not accept deposits, custody customer funds, or place orders. Polyfund is a software project, not a custodian. Marketplaces, wallets, and payment providers have their own terms and eligibility rules. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket. Non-custody does not make trading risk-free.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the site, seek unauthorized access, or use its content to mislead others. Do not make a financial decision solely from a demo, calculation, or third-party feed. You are responsible for securing your devices and external accounts.
Content and availability
Original text, design, and code are provided for lawful personal use. Third-party names and data remain their owners' property. We may correct or remove material and temporarily restrict access. Information can be incomplete or delayed.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, accurate data, profitability, or suitability for your circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party services, or decisions based on general site content. This does not exclude rights or liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
